Damien has been Shay’s bodyguard for the last 5 years, he has been there through the good and the bad when it comes to her life and will do everything in his power to protect her. Shay is an actress and everything about her life is in the spotlight, the good and the bad.
The chemistry is off the charts with these two. Damien is protective because it is job, but also because he cares about her. Shay has also been crushing on Damien for years, yet her attempts have been brushed off. When the lines are crossed Damien’s protectiveness is amped up and I am living for it. Plus the spice. Yes please!
I loved the added bit of suspense to this story and I absolutely loved everything about Shay and Damien. It’s hard to not root for these two from the very start.
