The enemies to lovers vibes in this book is *chef’s kiss*. The banter between Summer and Beckett is absolutely fantastic and I was living for every single moment between them. Just watching that tension build and waiting for the fireworks to go off and when they do, well it was definitely worth the wait.
Summer and Beckett have been crushing on each other for years and everyone in their town knows it. Yet, the two of them won’t admit it to themselves. Now they are in a bidding war for a local ranch so they can both achieve something they have always dreamed of.
I really loved these two and I loved getting to know the small town of Valentine, Texas. I can’t wait for more of this series! I am definitely hooked.
