REVIEW – Made For You by Natasha Madison

BLURB

From Wall Street Journal and USA TODAY bestselling author Natasha Madison comes

A brand new stand-alone enemies-to-lovers grumpy/sunshine sports romance.

A spin-off from the Only One series

Vivienne
I did the last thing I ever expected to do. I bought a boat. A beautiful boat that was all mine to spend the summer on.
Only thing I was looking forward to was the calm being on the water brought me.
A place where I wasn’t a hockey dynasty princess or the only single girl of the family.
What I wasn’t looking forward to was the broody man in the boat next to me.

Xavier
I was at the top of my game two years ago.
Then it all came crashing down.
I hung up my skates and vowed to never play again.
I was good at hockey, but hockey was bad for me.
I planned to spend my life on my boat with my dog.
Alone. Happily alone.
Until she came along.

I am the one who takes the final leap toward her, crushing my lips on hers.

ARC REVIEW

This book is much more than just a sports romance, it has so much depth to it and I loved that is brought up in this story.

Vivienne is the last single one out of her siblings and really she is just living her life and shocking her family with purchasing a boat that she plans to spend her summer on. She doesn’t expert her grumpy neighbor, Xavier, and his adorable dog. He is enjoying his life alone with his dog, living in peace and being out of the spotlight.

I loved the two of them together. They went from neighbors, to forming a friendship, to eventually giving into the chemistry that was brewing between them. They both of secrets and I love that the both of them felt so comfortable sharing the side of them that no one else knows. The support that these two provided each other was something special. They knew that they could rely on each other for support.

Of course, the entire family makes an appearance and it leads to plenty of laughs. The family continues to expand and grow and you can’t help but fall more and more in love with them all. Plus, the easily welcome Xavier in with open arms and can have an understanding about how he was feeling.

If you’re looking for an  enemies to lovers, grumpy/sunshine, sports romance this is one to check out.
