The spice, the laughs, the banter. Everything was top notch for me in this book. I devoured this story like it was catnip.
Greer is the grumpy goalie for the Comets and he isn’t one for love and relationships. Stevie is a single mom, her daughter is her life. The two of them despite not really like each other, really balance each other out. There is a chemistry between that you can feel just sizzling beneath the surface. I loved getting to know more of Greer and really getting to see a different side to him.
Greer and Macie. I LOVED the two of them together so much. Macie is a little firecracker and I love that she isn’t afraid to go toe to toe with professional hockey players. I loved how Greer was with her from the start, even though she wasn’t his biggest fan.
I love this team. When they are all together it’s like a warm hug and a family reunion that is full of laughs and jokes. I can’t wait for more of them.
