REVIEW – Forward Progress by Lisa Suzanne

BLURB

One lapse in judgment has ripple effects I never saw coming. Legal battles, jail time, and league punishments don’t faze me as much as losing the two people who are most important to me.

I’m still learning how to navigate these relationships, especially as they’ve started to pay the price for my actions. The fear of losing them grows stronger each day, and I don’t know how to fix things between us.

But I’m determined to make forward progress and rebuild what I’ve destroyed. I just hope it isn’t too late.

FORWARD PROGRESS is the fourth book in the VEGAS THE PLAYBOOK series. This series must be read in order.

We sink into each other as we both feel that relief, and in this moment, I feel like maybe we’re going to be okay.

ARC REVIEW

The amount of anger and dislike I felt for Travis throughout this book is next level. Yes, he maybe took things to far when it came to getting the ball back for Victoria, but there are some things he does in this book that had me yelling at him, because he made the choice and has no one to blame but himself. Victoria, I feel for her at times throughout this. She is trying to keep it together, but really there is only so much she can do.

Yes, there are some good moments between them, but throughout a lot of this there is a lot of tension between Travis and Victoria and their relationship.

I am very curious to see where things are going to go between them and how Travis is going to turn things around, because with how things ended in this book he sure has a lot of groveling to do to not only Victoria, but to Harper.

If you’re looking for a single dad, sports, enemies to lovers romance check this one out but read the first three books first.
