REVIEW – Field Goal by Lisa Suzanne

BLURB

As I navigated this new life as a single dad, I thought I was fine. I thought nobody would come between us. But I was wrong.

It turns out greedy and selfish people are everywhere, and it’s my job to fight them…to protect my daughter even as she hurls hurtful words at me and blames me for everything.

I never thought I’d have the sort of unconditional love I found when Harper and Victoria came into my life. But I’ve somehow managed to lose them both.

I won’t give up. I will fight to bring them back into my arms and make things right again.

All I need is a little luck on my side…and maybe a field goal or two.

FIELD GOAL is the final book in the VEGAS THE PLAYBOOK series. This series must be read in order.

I want to be everything she and Harper deserve. Together, they make me want to be better.

ARC REVIEW

Travis really dug himself a big hole and I really wasn’t sure if he was going to get himself out and make things right again with not only Victoria, but with Harper. BUT the man is surprising and did probably one of the most perfect swooniest things for both his girls.

It’s been a journey for Travis and Victoria and it was definitely very rocky at times, but in the end everything was worth it. I loved seeing the ups and downs and the good and bad of their relationship. I loved seeing Harper grow and grow closer to Travis and Victoria.

This is not a standalone and the first four books must be read first. I can’t wait to see what is next for the Vegas teams.

If you’re looking for a single dad, sports, marriage of convenience, enemies to lovers romance check this one out.
