REVIEW ➞ The Crash by Skye Warren and Amelia Wilde

BLURB

Carter Morelli works alone, but his orders are clear. Pilot the small aircraft carrying the renowned geologist to a remote island. Except the plane malfunctions at a crucial moment.

June Porter wants to stay on solid land. She doesn’t want to fly, but it’s the only way to get to the dig site. Then her worst fears come true.

A heavy storm. A swift fall from the sky. And a heart stopping crash.

An emergency landing leaves them stranded.

A shadow moves through the trees. They aren’t alone in the jungle.

And even an ocean away from my family, I’m still a Morelli. You can tear a plant from the soil, but the roots are still the same.

ARC REVIEW

Carter is a man of mystery and many talents. June is a wildlife photographer. June has no idea what she is getting into when she boards the plane that Carter is flying…or who Carter truly is.

From the start there is a connection and an attraction between the two of them. However, they are also complete strangers forced to spend hours together…until the plane crashes.

This is a fast paced novella that is a great set up to Force of Nature. I am DYING to see where things go with Carter and June.

If you’re looking for a dark, romantic suspense, forced proximity romance this is one to check out.
