REVIEW ➞ The Billionaire by Marni Mann

BLURB ➞

A sexy, forbidden, billionaire, stand-alone romance from USA Today best-selling author Marni Mann …

I’ve always been a good girl.

But the second I walk into the hotel bar, I see temptation.

The man sitting there is delicious. Older. Experienced. Once our eyes meet, I know I’m not walking away unscathed. I’ve heard about men like Jenner Dalton—richer than God and hotter than sin. He’s got heartbreak written all over him.

But it only takes fifteen minutes before we’re headed up to his room.

I’ve never done anything like this before, but something tells me he’s worth it. Every swipe of his tongue feels electric, every kiss sets me on fire, and his experience has me begging for more.

And more.

And more.

In one week, I’ll return to college in Miami.

He’ll go back to being LA’s most eligible billionaire.

The miles and years between us are just too many for this to mean anything.

So, between now and then, I plan to spend every moment being anything but good …

There are three stand-alone books in the Dalton Brothers Series:
The Lawyer — Dominick’s Book
The Billionaire — Jenner’s Book
The Single Dad — Ford’s Book

“As long as a win earns me your lips, I’m down.” “Which lips?”

From page one The Billionaire brought spice and explosive chemistry. Jenner and Jo instantly heat up the pages and that continues throughout the entire story.

Jenner is a lawyer, he is hard working, but also enjoys having a little fun. Jo is close to finishing college and taking a break to have a little fun with her friends in Vegas. Jenner and Jo were just supposed to be a one time thing, yet one time turns to two, two turns into three, and well, you know what happens from there. Instant and undeniable chemistry kept them going back for more. Despite their age difference, they connected perfectly.

I loved that there were unexpected little twists to this story. It added some additional little drama to Jenner and Jo’s relationship. I am pretty sure my jaw was on the floor a time or two while reading this one.

I love the Dalton brothers and I can’t wait for Ford’s story next!

If you’re looking for an age gap, workplace romance this is one to read.
