REVIEW ➞ Prince Charming by K. Webster

BLURB ➞

Winston Constantine is no prince charming…
I crave him so badly I think I might be losing my mind. He’s right in front of me, but he’s just as remote as my dreams of getting away from my stepbrothers. I keep playing his twisted games, and I want to stay just as distant as he is. But I can’t. I never could. I’ve fallen for him. Hopelessly. Irrevocably.

But Winston isn’t a lover, he’s a business venture.

A way for me to pay for college.

A ticket out.

He’s never pretended to be anything other than that.

I can’t blame him for making me fall in love.

There can be no happily ever after between a maid and a prince, no matter what the fairy tales say.

Winston Constantine. My fucked-up Prince Charming.

ARC REVIEW ➞

I am absolutely ADDICTED to Winston, Ash and their twisted games they play. I can’t get enough of these two. Nothing about them is conventional, but that is what makes these two characters stand out so much. However, throughout this story you can feel things starting to shift between their dynamic and feelings starting to come more into play.

I love the relationship between Winston and Ash. She is still feisty and sassy and has no problems with pushing this man buttons with ridiculous requests and coupons. I love that you can tell Winston secretly enjoys it, even though he acts annoyed by it at times.  I love that Ash isn’t a weak character, she is a fighter, especially when it comes to her stepbrothers.

I am DYING to know how Winston and Ash’s story will end after the ending of this book, though. I am fully on Team Constantine!

If you’re looking for a super steamy, forbidden, age gap romance that also is a modern retelling of Cinderella this is one to check out! Make sure you start with book one, Stroke of Midnight.
