BLURB

First loves deserve a second chance in an all-new small town, billionaire romance by New York Times bestselling author, K. Bromberg.

The requirement is ridiculous but simple. Spend two months in Cedar Falls and play the mayor’s games to ensure that The Retreat, Sharpe International’s newest resort, can open.

But I have a history with this small, Montana town. One I’d tried to forget but never could. Asher Wells. My Lavender Girl.

She’d had dreams and aspirations to leave Cedar Falls and make her mark on the world. So why is she still here, standing in front of me? And more importantly, why is she looking at me with hurt in her eyes when I was the one who‘d been forced to leave or else face the damning consequences of that night?

I have everything in life: money, success, an empire to run . . . everything except for one, very important thing. Her.

Fifteen years is a long time to wonder. . . what if. I’ll be damned if I leave town this time without her.

And later when we see another shooting star, I make my own wish: for Asher’s wish to come true.

ARC REVIEW

Ledger and Asher were each other’s firsts. Though, one thing completely changed everything. Now, 15 years later will they have a second chance or has too much damage been done?

Ledger has to go back to the small town of Cedar Falls to help save the new resort that S.I.N is building. A town he spent summers at as a teen and found his first everything there. He wasn’t expecting to see Asher again. Asher wasn’t expecting to cross paths with Ledger ever again. She didn’t want to after everything that happened.

Despite all the pain and heartbreak between Ledger and Asher they still have a connection and you can feel there is still love between them deep down beneath all the hurt. There is a lot the two of them need to work through, especially now that that they are finally face to face after 15 years apart. They saw each other for more than what was just on the outside and I loved that about the both of them.

I loved their story. It spanned multiple years and wasn’t always easy and true feelings were pushed deep down everything between Ledger and Asher is completely worth the wait.

If you’re looking for a small town, second chance, billionaire romance this is one to read.
