BLURB

??????
Thump. Thump. Thump.
My life is perfect.
I’m going to marry the kindest, sweetest man on Earth.
My career is blossoming.
I’ve been blessed with a life I could only have dreamed of.
Until it all comes crashing down and my legs are swept out from under my feet.
In a blink of an eye, I lose everything.

??????
Thump. Thump. Thump.
Each thud in my chest is a banging reminder of my inevitable demise.
A painful and exhausting torment that ticks like the second hand on the clock, whispering how little time I have left.
My only saving grace is to get a new heart, and every day that my name doesn’t go higher on the list puts me a step closer to my grave.
You’re supposed to live your life to the fullest and I’ve spent most of mine in the hospital.
Will I ever get the chance to actually live?

? Second Chance
? Heart Transplant

Lost in my anger and frustration I’m left drowning in my own self hatred.

ARC REVIEW

One tragic loss can be someone elses second chance.

Amelia is a former paralegal, she is planning a wedding to the love of her life. Oliver is suffering with heart failure and he needs a heart transplant, something he doesn’t think he will ever get. Amelia and Oliver are two strangers who have had a few random run ins with each other, but they do not know each other. They aren’t friends. They aren’t connected in any way….yet.

This is the first book in a duet and it does really set the scene. Though, I am curious to see how things are going to between Amelia and Oliver.

If you’re looking for a different take on a second chance romance check this one out.
