REVIEW – Pass Interference by Emily Silver

BLURB

Enemy number one.
Renowned playboy.
The guy standing between me and my dream job.

Otherwise known as my ex.

Colin James walked out on me in college without a second look back, breaking my heart.

How do I manage to land my dream job with the one guy on the planet that I can’t stand?

We were hot and heavy in college. We were everything to each other. And now? Now we can’t stand to be in the same room together.

But when I’m called to help rehab his image, I do it with a smile on my face because I need this job. It’s all I’ve ever wanted.

Every time we’re together, past hurts start to fade. The chemistry we had in college? Still as explosive as ever.

Can we move on together? Or will this be the end of everything we’ve both ever wanted?

“We found each other again in the weirdest way, but I’m glad we did.”

REVIEW

Colin has made a reputation for himself…and it isn’t a good one. It is having a negative impact on his career and the team wants that to change. Peyton is starting a new internship to finish up her degree, but she has one major obstacle to get through and that’s Colin. Her college ex who broke her heart years prior.

Colin and Peyton have chemistry, they have a of unresolved issues from their time together in college and it’s created a lot of tension between them when they run into each other again. They have undeniable chemistry that they can only ignore for so long before something has to give.

There is a lot of risk given that they are working together, but sometimes that second chance is worth that risk. Even if it may lead to difficult times.

If you’re looking for a second chance, forbidden, workplace, sports romance check this one out.
