Holden and Lala have known each other since they were kids. Holden is one of Lala’s brothers best friends, but they two of them have always had a special connection to each other.
Holden and Lala’s connection is strong throughout this entire story and the chemistry between them is off the charts. Though, these two are complete opposites. Holden is a drummer, a playboy. Lala is a scientist, she is engaged. Yet, these two are so perfect for each other.
They take you on an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish, but I loved them. I loved all the secondary characters in this story, too. It is such a great friend group.
