Lately, life definitely isn’t how I envisioned it. I had it all. The house, the job, the husband. Until one day, I didn’t. I don’t know when exactly things started to change between us, only that it did, and in a big way. So much so, I found myself standing before a judge and signing off on the end of my marriage. That’s when I also realized that I would do anything to change the past. I have so many regrets. Not her. I could never regret her, but how we ended. We never should have ended. I’m in for the battle of my life to convince her to give us another shot. I have a plan, one that will prove to her that it’s not over.

MY REVIEW
This is a fantastic and beautifully written second chance romance. Gwen and Harrison are getting divorced, though there is still so much chemistry, emotion and love between the two of them. Harrison is determined to make it work again.
I really didn’t know what to expect going into this book. I’ve read books by both authors in the past and have loved them and this one was no different. It was a different story, at least from other second chance romances I have read previously. This story was emotional, so full of love and even had a little bit of suspense.
There is so much I could say about this book, but I truly don’t want to spoil any part of it. If you love an unexpected second chance romance that will make you swoon and has a little suspense this is definitely one you’ll want to pick up!
I can’t wait to read more collaborations from Kaylee and Lacey in the future and I hope we get to see more of these characters again in the future!
