REVIEW ➞ Love to Tempt You by J. Saman

BLURB ➞

Our band’s stunning, untouched new assistant was completely off-limits. But that didn’t stop me.
A car crash. A fake story at the hospital.
She warned me when I dragged her from the nightmare that was her life that she could very well destroy mine.
I didn’t listen. I didn’t care.
I brought her into my home. Into my life. Gave her a job.
My Pandora. A goddess amongst mortals who opened a jar and obliterated my world with her beautiful evils. But from the moment I saw her, I knew she had to be mine.
Consequences be damned.

In a life where getting by is barely a thing, I didn’t expect much.
Until I crashed into him. Literally.
Keith Dawson is a god amongst mortals. A Rockstar I’ve drooled over for longer than I can remember.
And now the hero of my darkest tales when a hero was the last thing I was looking for.
But a god this powerful always has a fatal flaw. Turns out, she died a long time ago. And there is no living up to the ghosts of his past, right?
So where does that leave us? Well, that’s where this story gets interesting.

He’s poetry and heartache. Beautiful and broken. And he’s leading me down the rabbit hole with him.

Keith instantly became my favorite member of Wild Minds. His story was so much more than I expect. Love to Tempt You had me in tears and it had me swooning.

Keith and Maia are two broken people who have happened to find each other. There was a connection between them from the start, they were both drawn to each other. There was chemistry, there was LOADS of tension and some insane passion. Keith’s past broke my heart. The pain, the guilt and everything he was experiencing throughout the past ten years and trying to over come everything to finally be able to move on with his life. Maia’s past isn’t as heartbreaking as Keith’s, but she never had it easy and I loved that despite everything in her life she was happy, she had a good outlook on life and was doing everything she could to have a better future.

There are so many sweet moments between Maia and Keith. Even if there were ignoring their tension and chemistry they just had a great friendship. The rest of the band easily accept Maia and let her into their family and I loved the joking between them and the support they gave her. I love the band and their families and can’t wait to see more of them in the future.

If you’re looking for a forbidden, rock star, age gap this is one to read!
