To Ethan.
And worst of all, to myself.

“Because people are like diamonds – multifaceted and flawed. And if you love them, truly, you have to be willing to accept them. All of them, even the parts that don’t sparkle.”

Audrey left her small hometown to become a hotshot attorney in the big city, now she has to return home to settle up the estate of her recently passed father. What she doesn’t expect to find is the man who has been helping her father out and is also living on the property, Ethan.

They both have different opinions of Audrey’s father, which also contributed to a lot of Audrey’s dislike for her hometown and this led to the two of them butting heads a lot. This all contributed to the amazing banter and tension between the two of them. Their story and relationship takes a turn and I loved how the chemistry and everything changed between them. Without knowing they both slowly helped the other find themselves, to see everything they thought for so long was not always the real truth and quickly became supportive of each other.

If you love enemies to lovers this is one to read!
