REVIEW ➞ Good Enough by Kelly Elliott

BLURB ➞

The third novel in New York Times bestselling author Kelly Elliott’s Meet Me in Montana series shows how family and true love can heal a broken past.

After her mother died in a car accident when she was only five, and her father was determined not to show any emotions toward his only daughter, Timberlynn longs for a normal family. What she hadn’t planned on was finding that family in Hamilton, Montana—thousands of miles away from everything she’s ever known in Atlanta, Georgia. She certainly didn’t plan on falling for Tanner Shaw. A handsome, charming, cowboy who swept her off her feet the moment he looked at her with eyes the color of the Montana sky.

Tanner Shaw was lost and confused…living a life without purpose, traveling between one city to the next. With a longing desire for something he could not quite pinpoint, he heads back to his hometown in Montana to spend Christmas with his family and clear his clouded head. One look at Timberlynn standing in his family’s kitchen, and his entire world is turned upside down. Or was it?

For once in his life, Tanner knew exactly what he wanted and was determined to prove to the only woman he had ever loved that what they shared was worth the risk. But winning Timberlynn Holden’s heart wasn’t going to be as easy as he thought. Can Tanner finally rope in the woman he loves, or will he be unable to help her mend her broken heart?

Good Enough is a stand alone novel in the Meet Me in Montana series.

I had no idea where the road back to Montana would take us.

I have already fell in love with the entire Shaw family, but Tanner Shaw completely stole my heart.

Tanner and his roping partner, Chance, needed a break from the rodeo circuit and decided to take an extended break home. Tanner is feeling a little lost when it comes to his life. His brothers have both found love and settled down, he missed the Shaw Ranch and just being near his family. This extended time gave him time to think about what he wanted to do with his future. Timberlynn is ready to get out of Atlanta and spend the holidays in Montana with her cousin and decide if it is the place she wants to start her business.

Tanner and Timberlynn first met at his brother and her cousin’s wedding. There was a connection and neither of them forgot about the other, even months later. When they find out they are going to be spending the holiday’s together at Shaw Ranch, they form a friendship and begin to spend more time together, however, the chemistry between them continues to brew and grow stronger.

I LOVE Tanner and Timber so much. Their chemistry is amazing. Their relationship has so many sweet moments and some steamy moments. Tanner is a sweet heart and you can see how caring he is. He is scared to put himself out there, but when it comes to Timber it just feels right. Timber also has some walls put up, she doesn’t let people in easily and given her history and past it makes sense why.

Blayze Shaw continues to steal some scenes throughout this story and gives his Uncle Tanner a run for his money, along with their family friend Dirk.

Good Enough is emotional, beautiful, full of many great family moments and full of love. A MUST READ!!!
