REVIEW ➼ Lucky in Love by Kelly Elliott

BLURB ➼

When it comes to luck, I’m on the wrong end of the good side with more mishaps than I care to remember. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a happy guy: single, decent looking, wealthy, with a waiting list of people who want me to make their kid’s dreams come true with my custom-designed playhouses.

My life was exactly how I wanted it to be. That is, until Saryn Night walked back into my life with the intention of firing me. Good luck with that. One strong-headed, opinionated woman with a three-year-old little girl had turned my world upside down within five minutes. The moment they stormed into my office — bright blue eyes, curly brown hair, and a smile that would make any man fall to his knees, and that was just the daughter — I knew I was in for one wild ride that was guaranteed to turn my luck completely around.

Now, for once in my life, I found myself thinking that maybe, just maybe, I could finally be Lucky in Love.

I fell in love with the boy who was my brother’s best friend, and I don’t think I ever stopped loving him.

ARC REVIEW ➼

I don’t even know where to start with this. Lucky in Love was amazing from the start. I DEVOURED this book.

Truitt, I love him. The man is accident prone and I swear he is my spirit animal in that sense. He’s a playhouse building and an amazing at that. He is super swoon worthy and the way he is with kids *insert heart eyes emoji here*.  Saryn is a single mother. She loves her daughter more than anything and you can feel that love. The chemistry between there from the start, but there is some tension in the beginning. Lilliana, Saryn’s adorable three year old daughter, completely melts your heart. She is the sweetest thing ever and when it comes to Truitt, I just can’t. It is adorable.

This story is super sweet, emotional, steamy and there is a little twist towards the end that will have you on your toes.

I completely fell in love with this story and these characters from the start. Lucky in Love quickly became my favorite book in this series. It is beautifully written and all the characters are completely loveable….well minus one but it’s a well deserved dislike.

Lucky in Love is a MUST READ!
